By accessing or using RetroSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
RetroSync is a free web-based tool for running agile retrospectives. It provides collaborative features including real-time post-it boards, anonymous writing, voting, action items, and session history. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime or availability.
You may sign in using Google, GitHub, or as a guest. When signing in via a third-party provider, you authorize RetroSync to access basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture) for authentication purposes. Guest sessions do not require personal information; if you enter a display name, it is stored with the retrospectives you took part in.
You agree not to use RetroSync to post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service or its infrastructure.
The RetroSync platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of its creators. Content you create during a session (cards, action items, notes) remains yours. You grant RetroSync the right to store and process that content solely to provide the service.
RetroSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be preserved indefinitely. Use the export feature to keep your own backups.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
